Add recipients and email event invites from the interest schedule

When managing activities on the interest schedule, for future appointments (e.g. viewings, meetings, calls), you can create and send a calendar invite in the two main calendar formats (.ics and .ical) to a external recipient .

  1. Create a new call, meeting, task, viewing


  1. Fill out the details about the event


  1. When prompt, click ‘yes’ and add the email address of the intended recipient to send a calendar invite.


  1. The automated calendar event is created and sent out to the recipient.
